PUは生地にである1面か両面の表面の炎によって遅らせられたPU （ポリウレタン）が塗られたガラス繊維の布塗った。PUのコーティングはガラス繊維の布のよい織り方の設定（安定性が高い）および防水の特性を与える。SuntexポリウレタンPUはガラス繊維の布に550Cの連続的な働く温度および600Cの短い持続期間の働く温度に抗できる塗った。基本的な編まれたガラス繊維の生地と比較されて、それによい空気ガスのシーリング、火証拠、摩耗抵抗、オイル、溶媒抵抗の化学抵抗力がある能力、皮膚のかぶれ、自由なハロゲンのような多くのよい特徴がない。火のカーテン、生地の空気配分の管、生地の管コネクター、溶接は火および煙の塗布で毛布のような、火毛布使用する、ことができる。Suntexはポリウレタンに異なった色の上塗を施してある生地、厚さ、幅を提供できる。
